“The wrong blades were sent to me! I had to go to a well-known high street store to buy the correct ones that I could compare. I entered my registration number and followed the process, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Threw them in the bin. What a waste of time and money! I should have gone to the high street store in the first place. Lesson learnt internet shopping isn't always easier.”

“Good choice of blades at very good prices. However, the blades I chose did not have a guide in the packet as to which clips I needed to use. It took ages to determine which clip adaptors were required for my car. Please supply a paper guide with all blades! This is something that both the blade manufacturers and wiper blades.co.uk need to address.”

“Not massively thrilled with this company as ordered wiper blades and paid for next day delivery. Now 5 days on they have still not arrived (neither has the son called delivery refund) if this was a DPD issue I wouldn't complain but DPD only received my order today . I went to these guys because they have a good star rating and I am hoping for others it's a one off but I won't be shopping here again.i have been given a delivery refund (yet to be given) but I paid for next day as the blades were needed due to having to take a long distance motorway trip and one of the rubbers on my wiper coming away.”
