“Choices and prompt delivery. My error with part number was handled very quickly and efficiently. Replacement was sent immediately, with no hassle at all. Very clear details to return original items. This is my second purchase, in two years, shame wiper blades are all they deal in. Lots of other retailers (high street and on line) could do with looking and listening to what Wiper Blades do for customers. Very, very happy with them.”

“Fitting instructions are useless. Its fine if the attachment that is already attached to the blade is the correct one but mine wasn't. There's no fitting instructions to tell you how to remove the old one and fit the new one, the instructions on the Bosch box are useless even with a magnifying glass and there are no online videos. The problem with just trying is you worry you'll break something. Its easy once you know but how often does the average person do this so you'll never remember.”

“I have an Audi A8 and bought some wiper blades which were supposed to fit my model but didn't. I then went to Halfords and a number of other auto spares suppliers all of whom said they didn't have my style of fitting for the A8. I searched the web and found a few suppliers with conflicting advice and one even strongly proposed the blades I had previously purchased and returned. I then found Wiper Blades Ltd, 'phoned them, got good advice, purchase my blades, which were significantly cheaper than the original I had bought. They arrived within two days were remarkably easy to fit and I am happy.”
