“To begin with I thought the wrong wiper blades had been sent but after finding it was my error I sent my apologies. The response to my questions was immediate and not judgemental. The items were slightly delayed due to the snow in the SE but arrived safely. It was easy to track delivery via the Royal Mail site and know exactly when the delivery was due.”

“The wiper blades arrived on time and properly packed. Brand new Bosch blades in my case. Fitting was straightforward and there were clear instructions online including videos. Easier than trying to find a local supplier who actually has the right blades for your vehicle.”
