“Both brands I ordered fitted my vehicle just right. The price was also good”

“dered various wiper blades for 3 cars expecting delivery to take place as ordered. As nothing arrived within the week, contacted the company who normally are very good. At the point of contact the customer services checked with Royal Mail who failed to deliver. Therefore, they despatched another set as per the order to arrive in 24hrs which happened. This is the only reason for reducing the star level.”

“Disappointing customer service. Ordered my wipers and paid extra for a quick delivery. Order didn’t turn up on the day expected. Contacted customer service asking for an ETA, still haven’t had a reply and it’s been over 3 weeks. I purchased their own brand wipers. Don’t bother. They are worse than the old ones I took off and leaves smears right across the eye line of the screen. Next time I’ll just call into my local car parts shop.”

“Wiper blades came with three sets of fittings eventually found correct one very difficult to understand picture fitting instructions even using glasses and magnifying glass could have done with worded instructions or link to video couldn’t find anything online kept old blades as wasn’t sure I had fitted correctly thankfully haven’t fallen off yet”
