“I have recently placed an order for twin pack wiper blades and for the back wind screen it does not fit and I am not sure how to return them back I paid 22£. They are for rav 4 2008 model petrol. It’s Lucas Eco Blade.”

“Order the blades for my registration and when they arrived they did not fit. It seems my 20 year old car is a bit of an oddity with a non standard attachment design. Contacted Wiper Blades Ltd and they could not have been more helpful. Returned the blades and immediately got a full refund incl postage. A very good honest company”

“3 previous orders were fulfilled without a problem; the latest order for a different car was delivered with the incorrect rear wiper ( pack of three two front, one rear ) despite supplying the correct reg number when ordering. My enquiry after receipt of order resulted in being told ‘I’d ordered the wrong ones’ . Rather than send the correct rear wiper which cost £6 (the front ones fitted fine) , they would rather lose a customer . A shame .”

Hello Nigel, Thank you for your review. I can see from our communication that upon entering your vehicle's reg into our website that the wipers displayed as correct for your vehicle were not the wipers that you purchased. As this was a purchasing error, the returns details had been provided to return the wipers for a refund along with a link to the correct wipers for your vehicle, displayed upon entering your vehicles reg into our site. If we can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us on info@wiperblades.co.uk Many thanks, Lewis

“their website took my vehicle registration number and still recommended the wrong wiper blades. Returns process is not straight forward. You have to email them (should be a returns section on the website but I couldn't find one.) they eventually send you a DPD QR code. You take this code and the returned parcel to a local shop etc etc. Two of the drop-off points didn't have the correct labels for the DPD printer. eventually the third place I tried seemed to know what they were doing. All in all a waste of quite a lot of my time.”

Hello Chris, We are very sorry to hear this. I can see from our communication that the last details we had between ourselves was sending you the DPD QR code, we're very sorry to learn that the location hadn't made DPD aware this isn't a service they offer anymore. If we can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to get back in touch with us. Many thanks, Lewis

“As I have never had to buy wiperblades before as my father did everything but has now sadly passed away. I came to this website as I could put my registration number in and get the right ones. They came and dont fit i got intouch by email they want me to pay to return them dont mind if it's my fault. and now I have scratches on my beautiful car windscreen. Not impressed at all. What a waist of time and money money i haven't got. So upset”

Hello, I am very sorry to hear this. I can see from the communication with ourselves that the wipers purchased are not the wipers we display as suitable for your vehicle upon entering your vehicle reg into our lookup system. Due to this, should you wish to return the wipers for a refund, you would need to cover the cost of the returns postage. If you would like assistance in purchasing the correct wipers for your vehicle, please don't hesitate to contact us on info@wiperblades.co.uk and we would be more than happy to help. Many thanks, Lewis

“Not much good if you’ve sold out of what must be a very commonly used product. Maybe try again next time. 2* only I’m afraid”

Hello, Thank you for your review. Very occasionally, listings do not come off fast enough after the last item has been sold and unfortunately it looks like this is the case with the item you have purchased. We are very sorry about that. If we can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us on info@wiperblades.co.uk Many thanks, Lewis
