“We ordered a Volvo wing mirror from you on 17th May 2018 but it didn't fit, we returned it and you replaced it with another which didn't fit either so we returned that also but you refused to refund our money even though we had a P.O receipt to say that it was delivered to you. We have sent many emails and made many phone calls which you just ignore and you still owe us £27.98. We would not recommend you to anyone.”

“AVOID this company. They sent me an EU left hand drive passenger mirror rather than a UK right hand drive passenger mirror. Waste of £80, can’t use it as Mirror is at wrong angle”

“Supplied the wrong part, despite providing all the correct information. Returned the mirror in the original packaging following all the instructions. Still waiting for refund over a month now. Last communication money will be refunded by midnight of the day of the e-mail. Nothing!”

“Having read some of the negative reviews I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering from this firm. I'm happy to say that my fears were groundless. My replacement wing mirror cover arrived this morning, the colour perfectly matches my car and It clicked into place without any difficulty. Communication with this company through its live chat was first rate. So glad to have the car looking as it did and happy to give them a thumbs up.”
