If I could leave 0 stars I would. It seems that all the 1 star reviews are linked to refunds and the company not delivering. Ordered a part which was out of stock. They offered me a refund. Contacted them periodically to be mugged off and lied to and told refund was being processed and was being held by my bank. Obviously no such thing- they need to research into how banks work. EVENTUALLY got money back after 34 days after getting my bank involved and raising a dispute with them. Sarcastic and unhelpful members of the team. "Manager" Josh thinks it's good practice to condescend and patronise his customers, and Kirsty makes things up as she goes along and then denies she ever spoke with you (must have lots of Kirstys working in that department) If you do use this company and need a refund save yourself some time and just go through your bank as the company will not help you. Such a shame that this is my first Trust pilot review and it's so negative, however I cannot justify their complete lack of morals in processing refunds and working with customers as I feel that they just hope their customers will just give up. If I have swayed one person and saved them the ordeal of this company then this review has done its job. Have also reported to trading stands based on similar reviews on this site.

Keep away the company is a joke . They will lie to u from day one and the manager is full of it and trys to be smart however can't pull it off .Best way to get ur money back is by going though ur bank

I ordered a pair of wing mirrors (order number 100005555 ) from here and on the site it said they would be 2/3 days delivery and in stock. I ordered on 20/10/22. Still not received them by the 25th I called and was told they are out of stock and wouldn't get them till earlest 7/11/22 which the sit did say they were definitely in stock. The next day I ordered from elsewhere and received the pair the identical pair as I previously ordered from here and £30 cheaper too. I called to cancel ( as the lady said to find another supplier first ) and I'm still waiting for my card to be remburst. Just think it's a very poor service and was not my fault too and the mirrors weren't even posted so no returns to be made. You would expect to be remburst straight away with wingmirrorman saying they were in stock on their site. Their mistake so they should act immediately to remburse my card. No at all happy with the service they provided and still waiting ????

Wing Mirror Man did not quibble when I discovered that my car did not have the mirror design as listed for it's year. They helped me to identify the correct one and exchanged the mirrors gratis. Truly service above and beyond the call of duty.

The item wasn't in stock and they could not meet the delivery timescale. They failed (on two separate occasions) to act on my instruction to cancel the order and did not issue a refund when asked to do so. In addition, they did not cancel the order, and sent it out nearly a month after it was placed (I refused delivery having sourced the part from a legitimate company). In the end I had to raise a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back. This is either a deliberate strategy or massive incompetence. Either way, avoid.

Bought an indicator for an Audi A6 back in July, item arrived 35 days after ordering (advertised 3-5 day delivery) and was no longer required as a result. Company thinks they’re above the law and refused to accept my return. Once threatened with legal action, they accepted the return. Now I’ve returned it they won’t give an accurate timescale on the refund, so I’ve now had to escalate this to court. The “manager” if you have to deal with it is the owners son who has a surprisingly poor and condescending attitude for someone who hasn’t achieved anything in their life - Josh’s demeanour is mentioned in many reviews. Honestly, never dealt with a company like it in my entire life. Deluded. Uneducated and rude from customer service to the top. Products are poor quality from Jindong Glass in China. Stay well away and read the other reviews for your own good before ordering.

Faulty Mirror bought on 22/2/2022 I tried 3 times emailing this company 12/3/2022, 27/3/2022, 22/6/2022 but was given the wrong email address aftersales@buyitonline.ltd The one on the receipt I had from them My original question was to them was I received the mirror and had it fitted Is this the correct one for my car Everything works except to get the power fold bit to fold I need to unlock then lock the car it won’t fold when you push just locking My original genuine Ford mirror had 9 wires where this aftermarket only has 8 It’s almost like a signal wire missing Has anybody else had this problem? Further investigation has me believe that these mirrors aren’t fully compatible the wiring and power motor are slightly different meaning it sends a different surge to the door modules The mirror has never properly worked In order to get the mirror to close you have to unlock then lock the car This isn’t right and sometimes now it won’t open out on the first time It’s not technically fully fit for purpose I have even had it checked over by a Ford dealer who said these aren’t correct and shouldn’t keep using as I am as it’s forcing the system to lock unlock I was finally given the correct email address to send the query to by my credit card company The company emailed me back and said because it was over 5 months couldn’t exchanged but could send it back for their technicians to look at. I can’t do this now as I need the car daily and it’s against the law to drive the car without a drivers wing mirror So no I’m £173.98 out of pocket

I ordered my wing mirror which was showing it is in stock, I paid for fast delivery, and after a week I received an email saying they don't have it and will order somewhere abroad. After 2 weeks after cancelling my order, I am still waiting for a refund. I never experienced so bad customer service.

I am dismayed to find I am yet another customer waiting for a refund while the customer service team prat about blaming the system or passing to another department, but really one month has gone by, four phone calls four emails; what a pity as the wing mirror was a good price and turned up quickly- so if you are lucky, its all very well; if you need to return it, I strongly recommend buy from anywhere else.

Order place but cancelled my Company, still waiting for refund 3 weeks later and all you get when you call is apologies saying the money will be refunded soon. Poor customer service and would not recommend.

I ordered a replacement wing mirror which arrived promptly, but turned out to be unsuitable and I contacted Customer Services about a refund. Over a month later I am still waiting, have emailed Customer Services twice and received an auto-response but no indication that anyone has actually looked at my request.Order number is 92314

Never been lied to so much from one company. Complete lack of interest in our order one supposed manager openly admitted he didn’t care if we cancelled or not. This is now the end of week three and still no sign of the mirror we paid express delivery for. Tomorrow our next step is trading standards. The last people to help you out is this company please for your own piece of mind shop elsewhere. Mike from Stockport

Awful customer services, only bland answers given to problems,whilst the manager,Joshua,is rude and says it’s not his job to talk to customers.His director does not reply to e-mails or letters.This company is bad from top to bottom, avoid at all costs.

Pretty sure they are running their company illegally when people try and go through the returns process and are continually ignored! It's been about a month now and still no response from your returns department! I want my money back! Scammers

Buyer beware, disgraceful company. Saga started in September, ordered a passenger wing mirror for an Astra. Waited almost a month for it to arrive, not a problem as it was coming from abroad. Arrived and it was established it was for a left hand drive car and not as their own website states “Wing mirror full units purchased from Wing Mirror Man fit right hand drive only vehicles.” This is where the problems began. They would not take my word for it and insisted I obtain a trade persons letter to corroborate what I had already told them. Denied it had come from Poland even though it had a polish post mark on the packaging. Spoke to customer service; rude, over speaking and arrogant They delayed sending the return paperwork and received the mirror back on 13 December, I received my refund on the 20 January 2022. Please beware, this company is a disgrace

I ordered a manual wing mirror and they sent me an electric version. Instead of just accepting this, their assistant on live chat told me to send them a product code; he didn't tell me to look on all sides of the box, but on the item. When I couldn't find it, he told me to take photos and e-mail it to their after care team. I did so, got no reply over a weekend. They didn't answer phone calls, was left hanging for over half an hour on multiple attempts. Then when I complained about the non-response by a customer care assistant, I was passed to yet another department to deal with the return. All I wanted was a like-for-like replacement with the item I actually ordered, I wasn't seeking a cash refund. I would expect a company to proactively help in a situation like this. Instead they wasted over a week of my time including the delivery period, as well as hours of time trying to get through to their unanswered phones and dealing with incorrect chat information. Do not use this company. They make silly mistakes and simply do not care about their customers when it happens.
