Still waiting for my wing mirror. Ordered it a month ago today. It said 12 days lead time. I’ve emailed and get no response. Tried phone and just music and wait, till I gave up after waiting over 40 minutes.

You sent me a replacement mirror and casing for a BMW Series 3. I ordered a mirror and casing for a RAV4 registered in 2017. Can only assume some other customer got my mirror and I got his. I would still like my replacement mirror and casing if this can be arranged.

Impressed with the whole service right up until I needed to send it back cos I ordered the wrong side. Filled in returns form over a week ago now and still waiting to hear back, very poor

Mirror glass arrived in a broken state, despite sending a picture and explaining the packaging gave no indication of fragile contents, so it is not likely to be looked after in transit. I can't do any more, either you believe me and give me a refund as I have had to purchase one elsewhere or we part company.

Good Afternoon John, We are sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with a product that has been received, resulting in you needing to return the product. The only deductions made are relevant to which return service you opted for, we do not charge for our free delivery service.

A useless exercise. My quote was accepted and payment directed to papal. Next day I was told your order is cancelled as it has to be ordered from outside uk.I wonder before accepting my quote why was this fact not recognised!

Nothing, Very slow with refunds, Complied With the returns policy to the letter and it has been 12 days since the company received the parcel. NO REFUND RECiEVED YET

Not a great deal - we ordered the first mirror and this was wrong (not clear on their website even the person on the phone said it was hard to work out) We ordered a replacement different model which arrived in damaged packaging with no actual mirror (looked like it had been a previously returned item). Eventually we got the 3rd mirror which was right but when I got the refund for the 1st mirror this was less than I had actually paid (apparently the small print says you don't get back standard delivery even though this is not implicit when you buy and detailed in the invoice amount). The whole process has been hard work and I feel let down by the fact that I am out of pocket and there can't be much quality control to send out a damaged product.
