Good Morning Sarah, We are sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with products that have been received. I have reviewed the communication on the order and can see that there are key points that have not been included in the feedback you have provided. You did confirm to us that the items had been fitted to the vehicle for over 3 months without any issues which affected the use of the items, you confirmed that the products were fitted by an individual who was not qualified to complete the job and in this process further damage to the vehicle was caused. This damage which was caused by an individual who did not have the necessary experience or tooling to complete fitment correctly then forced you to visit a MINI garage which advised you the items were not suitable. Prior to this, you were completely satisfied with the products and had not informed us of any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return of any items which have been fitted to the vehicle and have been in use for a considerable amount of time. It would be extremely difficult to process a warranty claim with the advice that the customer has used the items for a long amount of time. We are sorry that we could not have been of more assistance on this occasion.

Good Morning Nick, We are sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with a product that has been received. I can see here that you informed us that your product did not arrive in the finish that was expected, however you took your own initiative and rectified this. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable or responsible for any third party costs which we were not aware of prior to them taking place. This is standard procedure throughout the UK. If we had been notified prior to you making alternative arrangements, a complete resolution would have been offered to you.

As I am sure you will understand, we cannot check all customers order information against vehicle registrations to ensure they are suitable due to the large amount of orders processed. We ordered a Volvo wing mirror from you on 17th May 2018 but it didn't fit, we returned it and you replaced it with another which didn't fit either so we returned that also but you refused to refund our money even though we had a P.O receipt to say that it was delivered to you. We have sent many emails and made many phone calls which you just ignore and you still owe us £27.98. We would not recommend you to anyone.

AVOID this company. They sent me an EU left hand drive passenger mirror rather than a UK right hand drive passenger mirror. Waste of £80, can’t use it as Mirror is at wrong angle

Supplied the wrong part, despite providing all the correct information. Returned the mirror in the original packaging following all the instructions. Still waiting for refund over a month now. Last communication money will be refunded by midnight of the day of the e-mail. Nothing!

Wing mirror was supplied with the incorrect electrical plug. After sales service was slow and Eventually I had to find a solution myself as wingmirror man was unable to offer a satisfactory solution in a reasonable time.

Avoid.....Avoid......Avoid! Terrible Service. Mirror Arrived Damaged, company not really interested in dealing with matters quickly. They’ve apparently this just processed a partial refund to get damage fixed....almost 5 weeks after delivery of mirror. I’ve still not got this in my account, I’m not holding my breath. The company take ages to do anything. Not interested in replying to emails a when you go on live chat you can speak to the same person you’ve mailed straight away. Rude, patronising during telephone conversations. Staff become rude and get heckles up when questioned about simple things, for example, ‘when will a refund be processed’ I was asked to take a ‘calmer appoach’ Avoid this company at all costs - manufacturer was £90 more expensive for a full replacement mirror, I should have bought direct from manufacturer. Never ever use this company. The inconvenience, hassle and rudeness of staff is not worth it! I await a patronising reply on here from the company, trying to justify their actions or stating why me as the customer will be in the wrong and they have done everything right. Please AVOID this company.
