Good Afternoon Helen, We did receive your return request for the product ordered incorrectly on Thursday at 12:35, we try our best to respond to all emails within 24 working hours Monday-Friday, this has now been replied to. Thank you

Im not that impressed because i ordered it and payed for it on the 12th of this month, and have still not recieved it, my car failed the mot today because of it, and said they can give me 10days to get it, so not at all pleased.

I can see that unfortunately, the product was indeed placed on back order until a recent shipment arrived including the product. nothing,after sales service is non existant, get passed around to people who don't care or seem to have any inclination to resolve a simple problem, the mirror does not fit.

You have contacted us twice in 24 hours and have not been passed around, you have requested a return using our online product return form and have been waiting less than 24 hours for a response. Good Afternoon Daniel, We are sorry to hear that you experienced a delay with your order, I can see that you opted for your order to be collected from our Bury Branch. It does state on our website that all orders for collection will be ready within 48 hours. We are sorry if you was advised any different to this by a member of our sales team.

I have checked the order correspondence and can see that no note was placed on your order, if you wish we can send you a copy of the information that you key stroked into our website when placing the order. The cost of our professional painting service is £25.99 and if you did require an item re-painting, there would be a charge for this, we are sorry we could not assist you further on this occasion!

Nothing, made a purchase online, they debited our account, before telling us they but did not have any stock in, sent us an email and we are still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. Shocking Service. Trading Standards will involved if nessarsary

nothing as i asked if a backing plate was included and they said yes.. when it came it was not included...then thay want to chage me for restocking e.c.t very bad service from winmirror man and no refund..!!

Nothing. You sent me the wrong product then ignored my email then put me on hold for 30mins before I gave up. I still have the wrong product. A rear light instead of a wing mirror.

I wasn’t impressed at all , I ordered I wing mirror , and one indicator order ID 5061 on the 13th of August I still havnt recieved them disputes contacting the delivery team several times only to be fobbed off by blaming you’re preferred currier Royal Mail . They also never called me back to advise me . When I said I wanted a refund they just referred to your so called policy of which I’m still waiting for a reply , I am still out of pocket by £69.44p .

I would write a review if only I had a mirror to write about. The delivery time was supposed to be 3 to 5 days, it was ordered on the 14th of August and according to the invoice is due by the 11th of September. According to my calculations this nearly a month. I ordered from you because I thought it would be a quick and efficient way to purchase a new mirror. Sorry to say it isn't.

The only thing I've received so far is a condescending, patronising little **** over the phone. Product NOT dispatched as and when stated. I have paid over the market rate for a Fedex 24hr delivery service which you claim takes 3 working days to arrive. Its called Fedex24 for a reason. They have changed their tone when dealing with paypal but still refusing to issue a refund. Ended up getting an original Mazda mirror from the dealer direct for £7 more, collected today and is a genuine part not from China. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Good Afternoon Udai, We are really sorry to hear that you have had such issues with an order you have placed with us, From the information that has been placed on your invoice, you contacted us today with this information and was unexpectedly rude and abusive down the phone, our customer services team will not tolerate this and as a business we believe that all people should be dealt with in a polite and professional manner. If you have an open PayPal dispute then you must communicate directly via their portal to ensure they can monitor any correspondence, however as it stands, you are disgruntled as you placed an order 36 hours ago and have not received the part when advised it can be delivered up to 3 working days, we believe that your ignorance towards our delivery information is the main issue here as it clearly states on our website and all customer orders can take a maximum of 3 working days, it is unfortunate that you have paid extra for the same product as we retail original Mazda Products, we do not supply from " China" Thank you for your feedback, we sure will take this on board when offering express delivery services in the future.
