I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding my item I need to return. I emailed 10 days ago and it took 4 days for you to reply, then I completed the returns form online last Friday and have still heard nothing from you. I emailed on Monday to chase it up and am still awaiting a reply. Please advise.

Hi, Can you please let me know how to exchange the order referenced, received 23/06 (invoice attached). Reasoning: 1. Order is incorrect #1: I ordered a Passenger side wing mirror unit. I have received the Driver side wing mirror unit. Please see invoice. 2. Order is incorrect #2: I ordered a Driver side wing mirror cover. I have received a Passenger side wing mirror cover. Please see invoice! 3. The wing mirror unit is damaged - pictures attached. Other comments for your sales team to consider: - Internal packaging of the products was in an incredibly poor condition with the packaging broken - picture attached. On second attempt - you sent a primed cover (grey) to the wing mirror unit........

I cannot give any star cose I didn't t receive any product yet. I paid £25 for a glass wing mirror in 24.06 and nothing so far. I checked my post twice a day and in vain. In the meantime my car fail the Mot. I m not impressed at all just disappointed.

Appalling service. Staff are rude and dismissive. Item returned TWICE with the same broken part. Don't seem to care.

Nothing at all. Purchased and paid for on the 8th May. The wrong item was sent. I rang within 10 minutes of receiving it. I returned it as soon as I was emailed a returns label. Its now the 24th May and I still haven't been sent the correct item, nor have I had a refund. Its in the hands of my credit card people.

Nothing. Hyundai i20 Door mirror indicator unit with built in bulb was ordered to replace existing working one with cracked lens. They claim to test all parts before despatch. Didn't work, theirs didn't flash when the indicator was turned on. I filmed a you tube video to demonstrate it, and showed them the video. They sent another, that didn't work either. Original cracked unit bulb still worked, but neither of theirs did . I think there is some issue with their aftermarket parts quality.

nothing. returns policy is complicated to follow making it as difficult as possible to return item. all ican say be careful if you order anything

Nothing, the wing mirror was just a generic copy of the Adria one that is much cheaper elsewhere but the advert led us to believe this was the real thing. the arm is actually smaller than it should be by at least an inch, I would of sent it back but needed a mirror putting on so had no choice but to keep it, if I had wanted a Chinese copy I would of gone else where for less money. I feel we were miss-led.

Good Afternoon Lez, We are sorry to hear that you feel you have had such a poor experience with our company. The product that has been purchased and supplied is not only a genuine product manufactured by the genuine manufacturers SPJ but of the highest quality, if you take a look at the product information on the underside of the mirror head you will notice that the original Citroen/Peugeot/Fiat badge has been scratched off as we are not retailing as either of those dealerships, the quality of the product you have received is next to none and in 12 years of supplying this unit, very few complaints have ever been due to the quality. In regards to the misleading information you mentioned in your feedback, I am unsure of where on our website it states this is a genuine Citroen/Peugeot/Fiat part, we clearly state on every product page that we are an O.E supplier of replacement vehicle products. I am personally really sorry to hear that you are so displeased with the product we have supplied and I am unsure of what course of action is best to offer you as no contact was made whatsoever when you received the product 12 days ago. I would really appreciate your feedback on how we can make it more clear to customers that we supply O.E products as I would hate for another customer to be in the same predicament you have found yourself. If you could forward over any ways we could possibly improve the way we advise customers to internalresources@buyitonline.ltd that would be much appreciated. Once again, we are really sorry to hear that you feel so let down, forgive us for not attempting to make things right at an earlier date, if we had of known how displeased you were, you can rest assured we would have rectified it immediately.

Nothing has impresssed me. Still waiting eleven days after dispatch. Been fobbed off by after sales for us to contact Royal Mail to no avail.

Service up front was very good, but you sent me an email on Monday 9th April saying it had been dispatched, yet it hasn’t arrived yet. It’s currently 13th April.

Good Evening Charlie, I have checked your order using your order ID provide and can see that you opted for our free delivery service which takes between 3-5 working days. It does state that if your order has not arrived within 5 working days then feel free to contact us with this information so we are able to rectify. Now I have tracked your order using your consignment number and can see that you have missed a delivery on 10/4/18 with our Delivery Partners. We will happily rearrange this delivery for you if you would like us to do this, however we do feel this feedback is slightly unfair for information that is clearly provided to you on the dispatch information we provide.
