I ordered a wing mirror which was needed as soon as possible, to only then be told after I ordered I would get it in 4 months time. I instantly requested a refund which I am still waiting for almost two weeks later. Ridiculous!!!

impressed by their inability to converse, the items delivered were not correct for car as registration supplied. Cannot get them to accept my returning of items Purchase order:64913

Nothing about this company impressed me at all. Teach your staff to be honest, and polite . I feel that I have been ripped of with the sales and service from your company. I am £50 out of pocket with a mirror that is no good to me at all.. Do you think that I should be HAPPY

Not alot can just see with the traffic with the mirror at a strange angle and the bottom mirror looks 45 degrees from the side of the van..not Impressed at all

Having sent the wrong item that I ordered I am still waiting for the response to return it. The acknowledgment of my request for a return was recieved on 21st October and I am still waiting for your reply.

Good Afternoon Renatas, I have reviewed the order status information and can see that the item purchased is a non-stocked item in the UK with an import lead time of 10-14 days. This information is displayed directly on the product screen and confirmed on your order confirmation. We are unsure as to why you are unsatisfied with the service that we have offered?

My experience was horrible! A wrong order was sent to me, called them to register my grievance but instead I was addressed rudely by one Mr Josh who felt he could just act with impunity! I sent the wrong order back to them on 25/09/2019 and asked for a refund. They received the item on the 27/09/2019 and can you believe that as at today 06/10/2019 I am still yet to get my refund! I called them 2days ago and I was told that it will take 10 working days to process my refund! Which order company does that in UK? Buy it online/ wing mirror man are just one big fraud! AVOID THEM...except you want to be duped! I have reported them to the necessary regulatory bodies and I hope they are blacklisted! I have since gotten in touch with my solicitor for the next phase which is a legal action.

Nothing. You didn't get the part in stock after waiting over 2 weeks for it so ended up getting a refund. The refund was pretty much hassle free though. Oh the chat screen was pretty handy and was answered quickly

The Speed in which (following a telephone conversation) that you confirmed that the part would be suitable. The Speed in which they told me that delivery would be delayed, The Speed you took in taking the money. The Speed that they took in referring me to Their returns policy when I telephoned telling them that the item was not fit for purpose viz. you can, providing your sitting in the passenger seat, get an excellent view whilst reversing, unfortunately I have a right hand drive vehicle and when I sit in the drivers seat I can only see the pavement and shops I have passed. Not a happy experience I have completed a product return form and am awaiting a response.

Avoid these people like the plague. They deliberately don't respond to emails requesting a cancellation in the hope you'll avoid cancelling your order. They are quick to respond to online criticism but not when you want to contact them

Good Morning John, We are sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with a product that was received. Our returns policy is followed for each and every returned item, we can only apologise if you do not agree with this, you are very lucky to find a supplier who places their trust in the consumer and allowed you to return the item after the fact, we do usually find this is the case with smaller less prominent suppliers in the UK. Unfortunately, our policy is very clear and as any exchange policy in a high street store in the UK, the item must be returned prior to exchange. We are sorry that we could not assist you on this occasion.
