Avoid.....Avoid......Avoid! Terrible Service. Mirror Arrived Damaged, company not really interested in dealing with matters quickly. They’ve apparently this just processed a partial refund to get damage fixed....almost 5 weeks after delivery of mirror. I’ve still not got this in my account, I’m not holding my breath. The company take ages to do anything. Not interested in replying to emails a when you go on live chat you can speak to the same person you’ve mailed straight away. Rude, patronising during telephone conversations. Staff become rude and get heckles up when questioned about simple things, for example, ‘when will a refund be processed’ I was asked to take a ‘calmer appoach’ Avoid this company at all costs - manufacturer was £90 more expensive for a full replacement mirror, I should have bought direct from manufacturer. Never ever use this company. The inconvenience, hassle and rudeness of staff is not worth it! I await a patronising reply on here from the company, trying to justify their actions or stating why me as the customer will be in the wrong and they have done everything right. Please AVOID this company.
