“nothing,after sales service is non existant, get passed around to people who don't care or seem to have any inclination to resolve a simple problem, the mirror does not fit.”

Good Morning James, We are sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with your order. I have checked the order details and can see that you have fitted the product to your vehicle, can you advise why your providing false information in public feedback. You have contacted us twice in 24 hours and have not been passed around, you have requested a return using our online product return form and have been waiting less than 24 hours for a response. We thoroughly believe the advice we provide is quick and efficient and ensures that the customer is always kept informed.

Good Afternoon Daniel, We are sorry to hear that you experienced a delay with your order, I can see that you opted for your order to be collected from our Bury Branch. It does state on our website that all orders for collection will be ready within 48 hours. We are sorry if you was advised any different to this by a member of our sales team.

Good Morning James, we are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your order. I have checked the order correspondence and can see that no note was placed on your order, if you wish we can send you a copy of the information that you key stroked into our website when placing the order. The cost of our professional painting service is £25.99 and if you did require an item re-painting, there would be a charge for this, we are sorry we could not assist you further on this occasion!
