“The flowers my Mother received she said they were lovely.”

“I ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral over the weekend for delivery to undertakers for Thursday. This was done on line, I made the payment. I rang them because I wanted to check what time they would be delivered. I received a call back informing me that they would not be delivered due to the covid situation. When I pointed out that their website did not mention that and that they still accepted my payment. The gentleman was most apologetic and told me I would receive full refund. I expected quite a wait, but this morning money back in my account. So although I can't comment on any flower arrangement, they acted swiftly with no hesitation. Thank you”

“Super prompt delivery. Beautiful flowers and, given that this was in the middle of the Covid crisis, Williamson's did a great job all round as it took me a while to find a florist still open for business. Charming and helpful on the phone too when I placed the order. I will go back!”

“Excellent flowers just a bit disappointed that they were delivered so early 8:00 as I asked between 10:00 and 15:00 so my wife could answer the door and get a surprise. However it all went well in the end so no real issues. The flowers were excellent. Would use again definitely.”
