“The flowers that I ordered were not the colour that I requested. When I called to complain, as they were a golden anniversary present, I was told that the managing director would call me back. Three days later I'm still waiting on the call. Terrible service.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet. It only had 3 roses and 5 like big daisies. And far too much green. I wanted to see a lot more flowers and less green.”

“I phoned in the order on Saturday 6th June and it was not delivered until 4.45pm Monday afternoon. I was shown a photograph of the flowers and they certainly were not worth £60”
