“the service we received when we ordered was first class (thank you PIP ).This been a very good service during the pandemic. This order was one of four made on the same day so i am not doing 4 reviews .i will expect to receive the free chocs delivered to my wife on 24/12 . Thank you Peter Harkins.”

“I telephoned the shop late afternoon and the receptionist was very attentive and helpful, especially when she asked if there was a special occasion (in this case, an illness). I left the choice of flowers up to her and was delighted to hear that they arrived the next morning and even more delighted that the receiver loved them. Great service, well done!”

“I ordered flowers on Saturday 29 November to be delivered on Tuesday 1 December, paying £8 for delivery. The flowers were for my stepmum’s 78th Birthday. When I rang her at 7pm on Tuesday, no flowers had arrived. I then wrote an email to which I have not received a reply. The flowers were eventually delivered at 9pm on Tuesday. I think that’s an incredibly late delivery time for birthday flowers and will not be using you again. Very disappointed that my email has had neither a reply, explanation or apology. I think the £8 delivery charge is ridiculous for such late delivery.”
