“I along with my daughter have used your delivery service on several occasions and have not been disappointed in the least.I have ordered flowers to be sent to a friend tomorrow for her 90th birthday and have every confidence that they will come up to your usual high standard. The answers to your questions are based on flowers I received from my daughter on 10th November.”
