“30 stunningly beautiful and aromatic roses helping to beautifully mark our 30th wedding anniversary. Really super helpful team member gave good advice and took my order over the phone, and delivered as promised and with no problems. We really rate Williamsons for getting great flowers over the phone, on-line and in their shop. Five Star!”

“I ordered a good friend of mine 12 yellow roses as a thank you from Williamsons Broxburn and they were delivered 8.10.25 to her work a day late. She sent a picture and they looked fantastic. My friend sent me a txt to say they were dead by Sunday...the heads all hanging over ...5 days later. I would like to at least had 7 days out of them. I've apologised to my friend. Not impressed. Gillian Elliott”

“I am waiting for the Manager to respond to my comments about Ref 88539 ordered on 8th or 9/10/2025,to be delivered not later than 11th October to Elie, Fife, Scotland. I asked for bouquet to have added some Autumnal grasses and Oats ,neither were done . As a Company if you can't fulfill your Online Brief ,you should in the future just choose items for you Online photos that keep very close to your online Photos. I was bitterly disappointed by so many different items , and would have thought Autumnal Grasses. Would be with the Florist, I accept Oats were too much of an ask, though so Autumnal, and there was a emotional reason for their choice, dried Grasses should have been simple. I was also charged the full amount , for my extra requests , and NONE were provided. Many replacements of flowers were in bouquet . The original online £65 bouquet was perfect , you strayed from it hugely ,and overpriced my bouquet. I would appreciate a financial refund to the £65 cost. Yours sincerely , Anya Williams”

“Recently we, as a family who live in Fife, had need of floral tributes for my sister's funeral. I called and the professional yet emphatic staff dealt with both calls, not one but 4 different orders quickly. Flowers were sent to West Lothian Crematorium on time and the sheaves, floral and wreaths were lovely. I'd highly recommend Williamson's.”
