“Having discovered your delivery area has been reduced I spoke to Mr Williamson who couldn't have been mor help. He listened he found a way for my friend's birthday bouquet to be delivered. Excellent service, thank you Mr Williamson.”

“As usual a first class service when ordering two bouquets as I have done since 2020, confirmation email, and promptly delivered on the day. Will only order from Williamson's.”

“I was impressed by your tracking system particularly the shot of the completed bouquet before it was delivered. The assistant who helped us make the selection of flowers was also helpful making suggestions. My only concern was the shot of the flowers left on the front doorstep of our friend’s house a visible from the street as I was concerned they might be stolen. The tear of the house is accessible. Fortunately the flowers were collected without a problem. Thank you.”

“I ordered the wreath in this photo paid £68 instead i got half dozen flowers wrapped in a bow.Which I could've purchased from M&S for £20 I was rather shocked when i saw it and embarrassd. Picture of the six flowers sent below open file Unhappy Customer Mrs Law”

“Excellent all round. From phoning my order The delivery. Photo sent to me the recipient was thrill with the flowers & commented on their perfume. Excellent website, I will take VAT into consideration another time as I was unaware it is so high. All round well done.”

“It was a real pleasure to order a birthday gift of flowers, to be sent to a friend in the Channel Islands, from Williamsons. The young lady with whom we placed the order was polite and efficient and the recipient was delighted with all aspects of the delvery.”
