“It's a shame that there isn't an 'EXCELLENT' button as every delivery over a number of years now has been outstanding. Beautiful arrangements and peace of mind knowing that my Mum gets only the best flowers! Highly recommended!”

“The flowers as normal very very nice, however i had ordered these to be delivered on sunday (mothers day). As i will have flown out of the country for purposes of work. So imagine my surprise when a gentlemen turns up on my doorstep with said flowers? I then called the number provided, and spoke to a male member of staff, who promised me he would get to the bottom of the confusion. And would get back to me with the outcome. As yet he nor anyone else has got in touch to explain. Its now over a week since that promise was made, and still nothing. I also don't appreciate the gentleman on the phone saying, i quote "What do you want me to do about this"? It is not for the customer to instruct your company, how you should deal with queries, or complaints. That should be in your policies. Again, the flowers were very nice, but as i work away a lot i was hoping that my wife receiving these on Mothers Day, would let her know that i was thinking of her, and appreciate all that she does for our family.”

“I visited the St John's Road Corstorphine shop and the service provided was excellent. If you have not visited this shop it's definitely worth a visit. The flowers, vases and home decorations on display are very unique!”
