“Disappointing not worth money I spent”

“The lady I spoke to (Janice) was lovely and very helpful, assisting me with colours etc suitable for the situation. Very quick and efficient. My only concern is that you do not receive confirmation of delivery and as I am 150 miles away I am left wondering if they arrived OK.”

“My partner loved the flowers. Presentation was gorgeous and delicious truffles to complement.them. Delivery driver went above and beyond as there was a mistake with the address, my fault not Williamsons.and got them to correct place. I will certainly use Williamsons in the future and highly recommend them to my friends and family.”

“Phoned from overseas to arrange flowers to be delivered that same day Fabulous information to help decide on bouquet, friendly service and efficient delivery. Phoned just after 8.30am and flowers delivered by 10.30am! Fabulous”

“Outstanding! Williamson's florist has been our "Go To" for flowers for many years. We are from Edinburgh and now live in Arizona. Any special occasion for family and friends back in Edinburgh, we turn to Williamson's for flowers. Their online ordering service makes sending flowers, chocolates or wine easy.”

“I ordered these flowers for my mum's Christmas. I live in the US and ordering online was easy. Delivery was on time and my mum said the flowers were beautifully presented and very fresh I would order from Williamson's again, and highly recommend them for your floral needs. Thank you.”

“I called reasonably close to Christmas, when a coup,e of other suppliers had stopped taking orders. Spoke to an amazing lady who gave me a number of options including colour scheme and flowers, then helped write a note. She confirmed the delivery time and address and assured me everything was in place. The flowers arrived early waiting for my mum and she loved them”

“Amazing service from Janet, at Williamson's in Broughty Ferry. I called from Nova Scotia, Canada and 2 days later my beautiful flower arrangement and chocolates were delivered to my mum. She loves them. Thanks again and Merry Christmas from a very happy customer. Jen Bibeau”
