“Thank you for the flower delivery! One issue: the automatic reminders of where a delivery driver is at any given moment is over the top, it defeats the purpose of a smooth transaction. The personal touch has been lost a little due to a mentality that says tech makes things more efficient in appearing accountable; I recommend the old school personal touch as it used to be, it shows humility, and customers prefer it.”

“Ordered a small bouquet for same day delivery. Left instructions to be delivered after 3pm. Were delivered hours before this, left at the front door. The person I sent them to said a few flowers stems were not placed in the bag. Not overally impressed considering the price I paid.”

“Website was easy to use, although was unable to leave a message for the recipient vs paying for a card. Flowers were delivered safely with photo provided. Delivery notice was left for recipient with flowers left in ‘safe place’. Expensive service, but worth it!”
