“Both in the Broughty Ferry shop and in contact with the delivery driver I was extremely happy with your service. In particular , the delivery driver did not leave my hotel until he had personally handed over my flowers. He had been told at reception that I was not a guest in the hotel. He phoned me and very kindly waited until I could come down to receive the flowers. As they were buttonholes for my son’s wedding , I was extremely grateful. Both employees I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful. Very well done Williamson’s. Thank you so much. Morag Anderson”
