“The order was dealt with in a professional manner by telephone. Unfortunately the website was not working properly at the message card so I ordered by phone. But despite the order being repeated over the phone, it went out the same day instead of the following Monday. Hope it all ends well. Time will tell.”

“We ordered a funeral wreath. They started at £56. It was lovely but £56 was quite expensive for its size.”

“I ordered flowers for a colleague who had a recent bereavement. I phoned the Broughty Ferry shop and got a very helpful lady. I had picked the flowers from the website and she went through all the details that were required. she was very efficient, pleasant and emailed my order prior to the flowers being sent. I was very impressed and would recommend this shop. My colleague advised that the flowers were lovely so would order again.”

“First time ordering flowers from Williamson's ,absolutely delighted with service. So many designs of Bouquets & sprays to choose from at excellent value. Text message to tell me they were on way to delivery address. Then text to tell me they had been delivered at the time I requested. Will definitely use Williamsons again. Mr W Stevens.”
