“I find the website difficult to use on a smartphone, logging in is difficult but you can't check out as a guest if you have previously ordered unless you use a different email address. I was obliged to put a phone number in the recipients information and in my own so expected to get a text or email advising delivery had been made but didn't get either so why is a phone number required?”

“They were for my cousin. I haven’t seen them but she said they were lovely and admired the colours. My only negative r comment would be the £8 delivery charge. I thought it was excessive considering she lives near the shop.”

“Have had two orders of the most beautiful flowers delivered recently for two friends both of whom had 80th birthdays. Even though the second order had difficulty with the delivery due to a difficult address, everything was done extremely well. Many thanks”
