“Iv been ordering from yourselves for a long time. I feel disappointed with my latest order which was for my wife for Valentine’s Day . One of the roses had no stem on it . It had been pieced in with the other roses . Pretty poor for the price I payed for the dozen roses. Not good. My wife emailed and complained when she spotted the obvious rose and told to put the damaged ones on the doorstep and they will be swapped over for another bunch . No apology given just a straight swap . I won’t be using this service again if this is how you treat your customers.”

“The flowers were lovely but you missed my husband's name on the card. It said Miggs and family when it should have been Mac, Miggs and family. Unfortunate as it was his sister's funeral”

“I've dealt with Williamson's for 20 years now and can honestly say they are worth every penny. Only once have they failed to deliver on the date (delivery to western isles), due to courier, and as soon they were informed they very promptly re-sent duplicate order. Great friendly service on every visit, and if there are any issues with order they are quick to contact to clarify or change if necessary.”

“I order quite often from yourself and the last couple of times I have been really disappointed in the quality of the flowers. These flowers are already wilted and some dying. Not what you would expect and not the first time this has happened.”

“I have bought flowers from Williamson's Thhe Florist in Broughty Ferry for years and have never had any reason to complain. The staff in the shop are very knowledgeable and helpful and their arrangements are excellent. I also have always had any flowers delivered on time.”

“I phoned Williamson's after being recommended by another local florist. Describing the reason for my call, I was told that they had an ideal bouquet of flowers to suit my enquiry. I'd never ordered flowers by phone or dealt with Williamson's so I was slightly apprehensive about progressing with the "blind" order in case the bouquet wasn't appropriate, fresh, undamaged etc. I'm very pleased to comment that the bouquet of flowers were delivered next day, I received a complimentary phone call at the point of delivery to confirm an alternative place of delivery as the recipient and nearby neighbours weren't available to receive the bouquet, and the transaction was supported by an Invoice sent to my email address. Feedback from the recipient and her family were very complimentary regarding the quality and flower type in the bouquet of flowers. From the initial phone call through to the completion of the delivery, my order was carried out with compassion and care. A highly recommended florist, and one which I'd have no hesitation in using again.”
