“I tried to order a wreath for a Funeral online, but found the Web Site a little unclear, so phoned office, and spoke to an extremely helpful lady, told her what I wanted and the Undertakers address, made payment, got receipt email straight away, was notified when wreath was dispatched and when it arrived a funeral parlor. Excellent all the way through.”
