“I was getting quite frustrated trying to order a delivery of sympathy flowers. It took me over an hour trying to do this online and, if it hadn't, been for Kevin in the Corstorphine shop I would have given up. Every time I had completed the order online and tried to submit it - it kept telling me that I had not completed the "shipping method"?? It panicked me as I kept thinking my card was being rejected. Thankfully, Kevin took my order over the phone and the delivery was made and received. Was quite disappointed with this as I have made orders online in the past with no problems so perhaps you need to look at this.”
