“I ordered flowers from Canada and was really pleased with how easy the process was, but what I especially liked was the follow up telling me who was delivering the flowers, and exactly where they had been left. I will definitely use Williamson's for all my future orders.”

“When I called looking for a same day delivery a lady by the name of Angela could not have been more helpful. The process was very straight forward and I particularly liked the confirmation of delivery! The flowers were lovely and delivery prompt so all in all excellent value for the money spent.”

“Once again, ordering flowers on Williamsons website is a frustrating and time-consuming process. Somebody from Williamsons should go through the procedure to find out for themselves. It is not possible, for instance, to remove cards (over the one card required) from the final basket before payment. I had to start again from the beginning. And why are cards under extras and also under cards, which is how I came to have too many in the basket....”

“First time I've ordered online. Process was very smooth and efficient and I was kept informed of every step rught up to delivery. I didn't see the finished product but my friend seemed very pleased with the bouquet. Will definitely use your service again.”

“Williamson’s made ordering simple. The flowers were delivered on time and the pic I saw was lovely . The bouquet was for a special birthday for a special friend so had to be perfect Thank you Regards from Isobel Purdie”

“To say I was disappointed was an understatement, To pay £37 (twice) to find a very small dish with a few flowers in it. These flowers were for family and they looked paltry. They had received bouquets of flowers from neighbours which were beautiful. At Williamson’s, although I asked for a bouquet I was not given this choice.”

“Recently ordered 2 lots of arrangements for a birthday and sympathy for blues friend and family. I live in Australia so I was super impressed that I ordered in the morning and they arrived to their recipient by mid day. They also looked as described. I will definitely be ordering again from them”

“Williamson's Design Florists provide a good range of products and are of high quality. Delivery is normally very good. However, in my last order I provided specific delivery instructions regarding an elderly gentleman with mobility challenges. Sadly, these were ignored and the flowers were left in his garage. He could not get them until we arranged for a neighbour to bring them to him. Not at all satisfactory.”
