“I cannot fault the service that the staff at Williamson's offer. They are so friendly and helpful on giving advice as to the most appropriate plant or flowers to send for various occasions. It is a pleasure to go into the shop and I have never been disappointed with the quality of flowers and the presentation.”

“I ordered a large flower spray for my partner's funeral in specific colours. When I went to pick them up , they had been done in completely the wrong colours which were clearly stated on the order form. I then had to wait ( in a yellow weather warning ) until a new spray was made in the correct colours which added hugely to my stress on the morning of his funeral. The assistant said she hadn't noticed the change of colours on the order form . I felt the new flower spray wasn't as full or as big as the original one because it was rushed. I was extremely disappointed with them but had to take them as I needed to get to the funeral. This was not a good experience.”
