“Really pleased with my purchases. Beautiful bags and ideal for presents with the personalisation. I was very impressed with the quick service too. The only thing that did disappoint was the bags arrived in a Jiffy bag which had been torn. Luckily the bags weren’t damaged but I was surprised that they weren’t packaged better and more securely for such premium product. Other than that though I am looking forward to giving them to their recipients.”

“I love the notebooks I bought. I am dissatisfied with the quality of personalisation. It would be much better if it looked like it does on the website and the other print which is in the cover. I paid £5 for a gift box for a pocket notebook which was a total rip-off. The box must have cost pennies and was held together by very crude staples.”

“Eye mask was lovely but there wasn’t an option to personalise it when ordered. When it came the bag it came in had “Mum” on ( I had ordered s hot water bottle with this on) but the rye mask was for a friend , so couldn’t give the bag .”

“I love the bag, will be giving it as a gift to a very dear friend. Very happy with the speed and delivery and the product itself. The only thing stopping a 5 * review is that I would have liked a bit more luxurious packaging, a bit of tissue and/ or a felt bag to keep it in.”

“Beautiful handbag. Only reason to not give it "very good" is there is no retainer on the strap so the loose bit doesn't sit straight.”

“Very well made and super cute! I ordered the teal coin purse. I would say it’s Emerald green as opposed to Teal. So I was a little disappointed when I first saw the colour and probably wouldn’t have ordered it in said colour, but the colour is growing on me now, so all is not lost!”

“Great personalised service, beautiful products. But they need to sort out website ordering. This was the second time I had to order over the phone, as for some reason I was unable to add the items to the online basket. (I tried on my phone, tablet and PC)”

“Bag is fabulous-and arrived very quickly- would have given five stars but the delivery company dhl were a real pain. Insisting on a signed delivery... if I had known this up front I would have had it delivered to my work address. After two attempted deliveries to my home address and difficulty getting through on the phone to the company I eventually got them to agree to leave it in my shed. I didn’t want the 40 mile round trip to their depot to collect it ... in office hours!! Please Will Bees make customers aware of the delivery conditions or choose a more flexible delivery company.”
