“Order process was easy, and my tripod arrived in good time (3 days). It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. If I had one criticism it would be that on the email confirming despatch I was given a tracking number and courier was listed as dpd, when I tried to track the parcel dpd did not recognise the number. Then the day before delivery I recieved an text from Parcel force informing me my package was being delivered by them and they quoted the tracking number I was given. So this was a little frustrating, but not the end of the world, and despite this I would have no hesitation in buying from Wilkinsons again. 😊”

“Pre-owned lens purchased from Carlisle store, via web site, ordered late Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning, safe and sound. I rate this as exceptional service. Lens description on the web site rated it as C+, the lens in my opinion is at least B+.”

“Happy to find Wilkinson stocking a Peak bag that Peak couldn’t deliver direct! And Wilkinson cost is no higher than paying US costs plus taxes. Happy days. Great prompt service - ordered on a Saturday and the bag was dispatched by the end of the day. Arrived two days ahead of schedule. Couldn’t ask for better service.”
