“Ordered a Cfexpress card for my new R5. Delivery was fast, although the product did look to have been opened before. The film on the card was open and the case had clearly been taken out before. I trust this isn't a used product without Wilkinson saying? Hopefully not anyway. On the whole, a good experience.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please be assured that this item was new and unused. We have a very high-end stock system and are able to track the movements of items at every stage of their life with us. That item came straight from the supplier to us and has never been sent to one of our stores or out to a customer and returned. It's just been in our warehouse. If we believed it had been opened for any reason that a member of staff would have contacted you prior to dispatch to discuss. It was checked during a routine stock take a couple of weeks ago, but there should be no reason for it to be removed from the packaging. Our stock manager is absent at the moment, but I will double check this with him upon his return. I hope this puts your mind at ease, but please get back in touch if not or to discuss return options. “I googled the mini travel tripod I wanted, and Wilkinson Cameras were offering the best deal by far on this item, £20 less than anyone else - delivery was very fast and I am pleased with the tripod. The only minor downside was that I had to chase the Invoice/receipt so I could register the warranty, as the invoice was not included with the delivery, but this was then done quickly and efficiently by email.”

“The camera is exactly what I was looking for for my daughter to get into ‘proper’ photography. Really though, the review is aimed at Wilkinsons themselves as they were great - firstly for having the camera, second for having it at a better price than a certain large online store and third for the speedy delivery and no fuss service. Thank you!”

“I recently returned an item to Wilkinson Cameras for a full refund. Just wasn`t for me. I might add that the item in question was the best price available anywhere. The day the item was received by Wilkinson, a full refund was paid to my bank account. Outstanding customer service, communication, and fast delivery. This is a company I`m more than happy to recommend.”
