“Wilkinson fulfilled their role but the delivery company DPD failed miserably! They "mislaid" my purchase which I had to chase twice. This was finally delivered after almost a week, though I paid for next day delivery. The cost of this was refunded by Wilkinsons.”

“Competitively priced products but the Delivery Price seemed steep with no more economic options to choose from. Order and Delivery was seamless. I ordered a Camera Bag - it was good but was a bit disappointed it had a slight mark on one side of it. It's not something that shows up on a photo.”

“I popped into the Chester shop with a query and although that branch did not have the lens I needed, all the info was given to me for a lens located at the Burnley shop. I easily ordered online and the lens was delivered next day. It was rated B+ but to me it looks brand new. Great service from the guys at Chester and Burnley”

“Amazing service! I bought an old contax g2 which was great but are prone to having issues because of their age and so was glad to have the long warranty provided with it. Unfortunately it did stop working and I contacted Wilkinson to let them know, they were super nice and helpful and sent me pre paid slip to send it back and on the day they received it, they reviewed it for repair which turned out wasn’t going to be possible and so refunded me immediately. I’m so glad I bought it through them and will definitely buy from them again in the future, it’s very reassuring to have such great customer service when buying old cameras.”

“Have used Wilkinson's for may years. As always, they maintain their second to none standards to on line ordering and customer service. Ordering process is seamless, notification of progress throughout. Very clear invoicing. Prices always competitive with larger national competitors. In store,(Liverpool, Southport and Chester), Staff are aways very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend”
