“I was very disappointed with the delivery. I was told by the delivery company it was expected between 8 and 12 but it could arrive between 8 and 1800. It didn't arrive that day. I didn't mind that it took a few days to deliver but it was waiting in all day and then having to wait the next morning when it was eventually delivered. If you continue to use this delivery company it would put me off using Wilkinson again.”

Good morning David, We're sorry you had a delay to your delivery and waited in unecessarily. But we are relieved to see that it arrived within the promised 3-4 working day timescale! We use a selection of couriers to ensure every customer gets the best service. For example, we know that very large and heavy items are best with some couriers and that some geographical areas are better served by others. Unforunately, there are occasions where the couriers make a mistake - in your case we can see that your parcel was sent to the wrong depot which caused a delay. We hope you'll see that we do everything possible to ensure parcels arrive with customers in good time. “I purchased a pre-owned Canon EOS-1D X body and I’m very pleased with the quality of the camera after using it for a couple of weeks. My questions were quickly answered by the customer service staff, and the item was delivered 24 hours after I made the purchase. Their warehouse staff deserve lots of praise for the way they packaged the item for shipping; they clearly know what they are doing. So, it's 10 out of 10 for quality and service for Wilkinson Cameras.”

“Prompt delivery; item as described. Polite suggestion though - this was a simple metal adapter ring for filters, it's not fragile. It came packed inside an unnecessarily large box with a lot of padding - more suited to sending a lens. A simple jiffy bag would have sufficed, especially in these days when waste, sustainability and the environment are watchwords. Here endeth...but -1 star for this.”

“Very happy with my new Fuji 70-300mm lens I buy all my camera equipment from Wilkinson Cameras because of the very competitive prices and also the very friendly staff I also purchased the Lowepro Tahoe 150 camera backpack which I'm also very pleased with it is ideal to fit all my camera lenses and camera body.”

“I was looking for a secondhand lens for Sony FE and looked at Wilkinson's site. They had what I wanted so I ordered it. It arrived on time and was exactly as described. What more can you ask for? Oh! of course, the price was very competitive with others that I looked at.”
