“Lumix TZ70 compact zoom. Prompt despatch. The box used for posting/delivery had obviously suffered a little in transit. However the box containing the camera inside was very well cocooned in bubble wrap so in mint condition - no problems. I would use again.”

“Ordered a Cfexpress card for my new R5. Delivery was fast, although the product did look to have been opened before. The film on the card was open and the case had clearly been taken out before. I trust this isn't a used product without Wilkinson saying? Hopefully not anyway. On the whole, a good experience.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please be assured that this item was new and unused. We have a very high-end stock system and are able to track the movements of items at every stage of their life with us. That item came straight from the supplier to us and has never been sent to one of our stores or out to a customer and returned. It's just been in our warehouse. If we believed it had been opened for any reason that a member of staff would have contacted you prior to dispatch to discuss. It was checked during a routine stock take a couple of weeks ago, but there should be no reason for it to be removed from the packaging. Our stock manager is absent at the moment, but I will double check this with him upon his return. I hope this puts your mind at ease, but please get back in touch if not or to discuss return options.
