“Never used Wilkinson Cameras before. So before ordering, I read the reviews. Satisfied, I placed my order late Sunday evening. Product delivered Tuesday morning. Was emailed throughout, from order placed to day delivered even the hour delivery slot. The product was well packaged, in two sheets of large bubble wrap which I have never seen other places do. A fantastic experience from start to finish.”

“On visiting your website I needed a bit of assistance and talked to a lady who was polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't do the purchase over the phone, so I ordered online which was very straight forward and I choose the two to three day delivery. FedEx text me to say delivery was going to be on the 15th, which I thought was very prompt. It didn't arrive and no text to explain. Received a second text on the 16th and did receive delivery. It didn't spoil the experience but, it would have been good if FedEx had sent a second text on the 15th. OK there was a tracking option but, these can be a little vague. All in all I'll use you guys again. And yes, the camera is fantastic.”

“On the plus side:- I phoned for some pre-purchase information and the lady was most pleasant and helpful. The camera was delivered next day and was as ordered. Three year warranty was included On the negative side... these cameras don’t work without a memory card so they are not optional. Ok if you are aware but it would be helpful to emphasise this. Price wise the camera could have been purchased for less in the uk and much less from abroad ifyou are prepared to wait and, should something go wrong, have the international hassle.”
