“I purchased the Canon iP8750 from Wilkinson Cameras online. I use their shops normally but the printer was large and delivery would be advantageous. I can say that I missed their friendly staff but the whole order process was very simple and left me with the usual good feeling about their service. Their staff were called on to help in the purchasing process, I was grateful for their advice. After sales is just as good, they told me how to claim Canon's cashback. So on-line did not mean forgotten, I felt just as if I was in the shop. Delivery was by DPD and I knew what was happening all the time. There was a small hiccup with my delivery window but DPD handled it very well.”

When I changed my mind about what I wanted (after my original order had been dispatched) I spoke to a real human being who treated me with courtesy and humanity, and who kindly phoned me to let me know when my returned order had reached them. “Was looking for a strong replacement tripod, and after looking at several reviews decided on a Manfrotto. Next problem was which one, again looked at several reviews and selected the above model with ball head. After looking at several suppliers and their individual reviews, I selected Wilkinson Cameras who had the tripod in stock at a great price with free delivery. The item was delivered in 3 days, was well packaged, and has proved to be ideal for my purposes.”
