“I have been using Wilkinson Cameras on and off for years and you really can't fault their service. I love to support independent camera shops because if we don't, then they will disappear and England will become a characterless country full of building full of massive out of town shopping warehouses and internet sales. Quite depressing really.”

“It was a pleasure to hear a cheerful and enthusiastic person answer the phone. I would normally support a local business, but as I don't have an independent photography shop within 40 miles then I will continue to deal with the folks at Wilkinson Cameras, because it is staffed by polite knowledgable people.”

“Ordered 2 items only 1 was as advertised I checked the make, fit and that is was in stock the item delivered wasn't what I ordered it didn't fit and was unbranded cheap tat. Yes I could have returned it but after postage it wasn't worth the bother. The 2nd item was as advertised and fine, an email telling me the other part was out of stock wouldn't have been to much to expect. Annoyed more than disappointed”

Good morning, Both the items you ordered were as described and the genuine items. It appears you have received both items ordered so I’m not sure what you mean about an item being out of stock. It appears you have already emailed requesting to make a return and this has been responded to. We are an honest and genuine company as bolstered by our many positive reviews so it is very disappointed to be accused of mis-selling or swapping an item prior to dispatch - these are things we simply wouldn’t do. “Great experience with Liz at the Direct Sales Dept. before Christmas. I'd received nothing through in terms of confirmation and as it turned out I'd entered my e-mail in wrong! Call was answered in seconds, straight through to Liz who had identified the issue and rectified it in a friendly and efficient manner in 2 minutes. Even followed up shortly after to update me on my tracking! All a couple of days before Christmas too, when no doubt they were busy. Highly recommended, low price, quick delivery, great product and brilliant service.”
