“I was looking for my first FX Nikon and had settled on a used D750, as it is discontinued. A new D780 was not possible on a pension and with limited funds. After trawling through no end of uk dealers I came across Wilkinsons. They had for sale a Pre-owned D750 with 24-120 F4 kit lens, advertised A+ which was within my budget. After chatting with, [ forgive me if i have name wrong ] Brian at the Burnley branch I decided to go for it. When it arrived, I was gob smacked, both camera body and lens was immaculate, low shutter count, original box, manual, everything. Initially, I thought there was a fault with the Auto focus I phoned Brian who went through loads of things to check. All sorted, Problem was me, operator error. A very happy bunny. Thank you Burnley Brian.”

“Bought the Nikon Z5 with kit 24-200mm lens. I used Wilkinson Cameras as they were one of only a very few carrying stock of the Z5 with 24-200mm lens. I am very pleased I found Wilkinson Cameras (through internet search). I ordered late one night. I received a telephone call the next morning to confirm the details of my order, and to warn that because of Easter weekend delivery might not arrive on Friday but on Tuesday. I was entirely content with that, but the camera did indeed arrive the next day (Friday). It was carefully packed and with all Nikon seals intact, together with all relevant documentation. Very well pleased.”

“I needed some very specific pictures for a Schengen visa. Wilkinson's were absolutely brilliant with the service. They went to the website and checked the necessary details to get them absolutely correct. The whole process only took a few minutes. Don't bother with any of the photo booths in town.”

Hi Paul, We’re sorry your item arrived on Thursday instead of Tuesday. For some reason the parcel was delayed within the ParcelForce system and took longer to start moving than it should have done. You should see from the tracking that the parcel was dispatched on time by us. The delays have been raised with our ParcelForce account manager. As per our latest email to you, your postage charge has been refunded. This is one of two replies we have sent, but as you say you’ve only received one, I would ask that you check your junk mail folder. If you no longer wish to keep the item or it arrived too late for your intended purpose then we’d be more than happy to send a returns label for you, free of charge. “I ordered a Boya By-M1DM Dual Lapel Mic for my business. Unfortunately, it arrived with damage to the box and a part was missing. As I needed the product urgently, I had to return as I could not wait for a replacement and just needed to be refunded. I received clear details on how to return my item and my refund was actioned immediately once they received it back. These things obviously can happen sometimes but I definitely will use Wilkinson Cameras again and will highly recommend to both my family and friends.”

Good morning Vinny, I'm really sorry that it's come to leaving a negative review in order for your complaint to be looked into in more detail. Our sales team have been very short-staffed and under exceptional pressure due to staff illness over the last few weeks. However, this should not have impacted one of our customers and I am extremely sorry that it has. The box we sent out to you had sustained some damage and under normal circumstances, you would have been contacted to make you aware of this before receiving the item. The members of our team who looked into your return both truly believed that the item was intact and had all the box contents. When looking at images of the microphone online and checking the standard box contents, there is no mention of the built-in clip on the control section and it's impossible to see in the images. We've had more stock of this item arrive and I've now been able to compare the item you received with another and can see where the clip you mentioned is missing. I'm sorry you felt you weren't being listened to and can imagine this was extremely frustrating, especially when you've been able to compare this with a like-for-like product and knew there was an issue. I have a number of ways we can resolve this for you and I will send you a separate email detailing these. I hope you will accept my sincere apologies.
