“Fantastic customer service. I placed an order for a telephoto lens that is out of stock everywhere else I looked. Later that day I had a call from Wilkinson Cameras advising that the item would have to be imported and might take longer to arrive so they understood if I would rather have a refund than wait. I explained I was happy to wait. I got an email the next morning to the same effect, apologising and explaining that it may take several weeks for the item to arrive and they understood if I wanted to cancel my order. I sent an email back explaining I was happy to wait. The lens was delivered well ahead of the advised potential wait. Really impressed with the speed of delivery for an imported item, the communication from the company and the availability of the product. I would definitely use Wilkinson Cameras again in future over other suppliers.”

“I spoke to two sales persons. Because of the quality of response of the first person, who helped me to decide on the printer I needed to replace my broken one by providing me with information and availability. This secured the sale. After checking using the information I rang back the next day, A different sales person was not quite as positive and customer friendly.She told me my problems with my account access could only be solved by the technical team. No number given or an offer to put me through. In the end I used the non-account side of your website - as suggested by her. Because of the very good help of the first sales person i was able to make a choice with confidence. I ended up with an award winning printer.”

“I have to say that I prefer to visit a shop where you can get to know the staff and receive advice as well as make a purchase. Unfortunately the stores are presently closed so one must go online. The advice is still available, the stock position also. I have made two purchases recently. One was an expensive lens in short supply which was awaited from the manufacturers. The other was in stock. Both deliveries arrived as promised. Excellent but I still cannot wait for the branches to reopen!”

“I have made two purchases of Hawke Binoculars from Wilkinson cameras in the last three years. One was made at the shop in Preston and a more recent one online because of the Covid 19 lockdown. In both cases, the service I received was first class. The Hawke binoculars are great and excellent value for money. I can thoroughly recommend Wilkinson Cameras.”

“Hello everyone, I recently decided to buy a Diana mini camera and use 35mm film. I couldn't find the Diana i wanted because they were all sold out or just not available to buy. I wouldn't give up and found Wilkinson Cameras website. I rang Wilkinson Cameras and asked some questions about Diana cameras and the film i was interested in. I spoke to a really nice lady who was polite, friendly and helpful. What impressed me the most was the her product knowledge. She knew what she was talking about. I decided to buy a Diana mini and the next day the postman delivered. Wilkinson Cameras are brilliant! Recommend them to anyone. Chris”

“I was looking to purchase a monocular together with a tripod and a smartphone adapter for my iPhone 11. With very little knowledge and understanding of monoculars, after some on-line searches, I eventually contacted Wilkinson Cameras and initially dealt with Joe and then much more extensively Liz, both of whom, I believe, work in the Preston branch. In short, the customer service and advice (super product knowledge) I received was superb - nothing was too much trouble, and I was able to make an informed choice and subsequently placed an order which was received in a very timely manner. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Wilkinson Cameras.”
