I made an order more than one week ago, and the same day l received an acknowledgement of that order and notification that it had been shipped with FedEx. Since then, l have received an email every day informing me that my package delivery had been impacted and delivery would be the next day. The same email every day for six days. I called Wilkinson Cameras on Friday and was told someone would check and call me back. I’m still waiting. I have called again this morning, twice, and noone picks up. I am extremely frustrated - this is a birthday gift for today! Not impressed at all.

I was a littkle nervous buying my first used binoculars but was reassured buying from Wilkinson. The binoculars are fabulous value for money and just as described. The parcel came very quickly and was securely packaged. I would definitely recommend.

It didnt go very well, problems with the delivery had a time slot courier didnt deliver said they had attempted which they never did, following day lights arrived, unfortunatley when unboxed there were issues with the diffusers dented mis shaped, rattle in one light and a zip broken on the case. Item refurned as faulty awaiting my money back. The whole experience was very disappointing.

Your services were absolutely brilliant and I received everything I wanted, thank you. One parcel was delivered via parcel force and that was atrocious due to them not delivering it about a week later than originally agreed upon. They are where my disappointment lays whereas you’re service was brilliant.

Recently purchased the Nikon Zf. I've purchased 3 new cameras in recent years. All from Wilkinsons. I have always had a postive experience with staff and have and been treated respectfully by staff who are always ready and able to answer questions. Wilkinsons have always been helpful with after sales enquires. The staff at the Lancaster shop were very good. However, since it closed I have recieved the same positive experience from Wilkinsons in Kendal.

A good shopping experience with Wilkinson Cameras all round. Bought a kit of a Lumix S5ii and 2 lenses, which had a £500 off deal from Panasonic. Most shops were asking the same price, but unlike the others, Wilkinson Cameras also offered a 3 year warranty on it, so that sold me. And I like to support the smaller retailers when I can. The purchase went through without problems, and I got the despatched email half an hour after placing the order. Pretty swift and seamless process :) It arrived on time the next day (packaged well for protection) and all's working as it should. Very happy with the camera so far. Obviously I can't vouch for their after-sales service (i.e. if something goes wrong) since I haven't needed to use it, but from what I've experienced I'd happily Use Wilkinson Cameras again, and recommend them to friends.
