I was provided with the incorrect information when speaking to what I believe was a Sales member regarding the number of inks used in the printer plus the wrong codes for replacement inks. This was rectified flowing a call from another member of staff on receipt of my order”

Thank you for taking to time to write a review. I am sincerely sorry for providing the incorrect information regarding the inks for your printer. It was a particularly busy day where I was trying to juggle a lot of tasks, whilst replying to all enquiries as quickly as possible. In this case it did lead to me making this mistake, which thankfully my colleague picked up before dispatch. I am usually commended for my excellent service and attention to detail but fully take on board that I should have double checked the information before responding.
