“As you informed me that the lead-time on my Panasonic telephoto lens was likely to be several weeks after I'd ordered it, it still came before I expected it to! There was a text and an e.mail which gave me a time slot on a specific day which was very helpful, and I couldn't have wished for it to have been packaged more securely. Good afternoon, We can see that this parcel was attempted to be delivered on 12/02 at 12.58pm. A text message was sent to the mobile number provided on the order to advise of the delivery the day before and at 8.43am on the day. A follow up text message was sent at 13.18 after the attempted delivery. The next tracking update shows that this has been sent to the nearest Post Office for collection. You can use the information from your text messages or the tracking information provided when your item was dispatched last week. We do not have any record of you attempting to contact us about this prior to leaving a review. We would have been able to help you with this. Please remember we are available 7 days a week by phone, email or live help and most enquiries are dealt with immediately. Contact information is available on the website and on your order confirmation emails. Please get in touch if you are unable to obtain the parcel from the Post Office for any reason. “I have purchased all my Fuji camera equipment from Wilkinson cameras, the staff at the Southport branch are always welcoming and extremely knowledgeable on the products they sell. The prices are comparable to any other retailer online, but what’s better than person to person contact when you need additional advice. I have also used the Wilkinson cameras online shop during the lockdown period and the service can only be described as exemplary. Strongly recommended 👍”
