“Recently purchased Canon R6 and l70-200mm lens from Warrington store and found staff very knowledgeable, engaged and extremely helpful. I’m really happy with the customer service I received and find it so refreshing to be able to go in a shop, look at the camera and have someone to answer any questions I may have., rather than just buying online! Where’s the customer service there ? I’ve since bought a spare battery and remote switch online as well. Excellent swift delivery on those items.”

“I cannot rate Wilkinson Cameras highly enough. Whilst visiting Kendal we popped into their shop where we received excellent customer service from Kieran and Nick. We never felt under any pressure to buy, but they were so knowledgeable and helpful that we revisited with our daughter twice more within the weekend and we were more than delighted with the advice and our purchase. We ordered online and received exceptional customer service from order to delivery. Exceptional - thank you”
