“I telephoned Wilkinson cameras and spoke to someone in one of the shops. I explained that I was interested in buying a particular lens. The person I spoke to told me they were in stock and offered to reserve one for me. He asked if I was local to the shop, and when I said I would need it shipping to me, he told me that I would need to order it online. I did order online. The process was easy and the order confirmed quickly by email. The item was dispatched very promptly and delivered in just a few days.”
