“Excellent customer service less than 24hrs from order to delivery. Nice easy stressless transaction. Just how internet shopping should be. Thank you.”
“I ordered some spray paint from your website, couldn't beat the price. It was delivered by a reliable courier in (seemingly) no time at all. Will definitely be buying from Wigley DIY again. Thank you!!”
“Thank you. My order arrived within 24 hours despite COVID-19. Very impressive. The item ordered is just what I wanted and a great price. Will definitely be using this company again.”
Hi Georgina,
Sorry you were disappointed that we don't ship to Belfast. We would very much like to if we could get prices from couriers that were reasonable.
Just to help explain why we don't, your order total was £18.32 plus £4.95 for delivery. It would have cost us £17.12 to send it to you. We would therefore have made a loss on your order.
The Post Office do offer a service that is more reasonable however many of the items we sell are prohibited to send by them. For example you ordered spray paint which they do not allow.
We do make it clear on our Delivery/Returns page that we don not currently ship to Northern Ireland however much we would like to in the future.
Kind Regards
James Allen
Director
“Ordered an electric weed gun on-line, it was delivered a few days later by an employee on his way home from work. It works well and I was satisfied with the service.”
“Have bought from Wigley before and am really pleased with the service and speed of delivery. The items are always very well packaged and I’ve had no problems at all. Definitely recommend them and will buy from them again”
