“Made an order online from Wigley DIY, this was the only place I could get my supplies from as everywhere else was out of stock (this is because the product is no longer made). Friendly staff that helped me out. Product was shipped and received next day. Wow excellent service. Will definitely use this store afain.”
“Wigley were very good.
Unfortunately I ordered footwear which was the incorrect size. However, Wigley were very helpful in facilitating a return and replacement. I contacted the company by phone and the gentleman who dealt with my query was excellent.”
“Was a bit concerned purchasing from an online diy store that I hadn’t purchased from before. However, the delivery and order process was very quick and the products were as expected. Both products that I ordered were far cheaper than anywhere else online and In store hence why I purchased from Wigleys.
Very happy and will be purchasing more.”
“Prompt delivery, though parcel tracking/updates would have been appreciated as it wasn't being delivered to my address. Part of a gift, recipient pleased.”
“The Hozelock tap doubler was exactly what I wanted at a good price

“I placed a small order for a few items of finishing materials and some specialist socket head screws. I had a phone call the next day from a very polite gentleman to say the screws were out of stock, he offered to put them on back order, the rest of the order arrived the next day. Very good service. I will order from them again in the future. The pictured item was finished with the products”
