“I bought a small item costing about a £1, that I was desperate for and could not buy locally. I was therefore prepared to pay the £3.95 postage for next day delivery.
Unfortunately the item did not arrive on time, due to the fault of the curriers. After a couple of phone calls the matter was resolved and my postage money refunded.

Made an error whilst purchasing online, (chose collect from store in error). Sent e/mail to company & received a very prompt response. Was dealt with by Marcus, who assured me that the problem would be dealt with immediately. He guided me through the postage payment procedure & my order was dispatched the following day. When I missed the delivery at my home Marcus again made contact via e/mail very quickly, confirming that I was aware & to re-arrange the delivery for me. I subsequently collected the order myself from a local depot.
