“Nothing wrong with Wigley or the product but the delivery company had some problems resulting in a mild rebuke from me to them. They were using the present "covid" situation to excuse a late delivery,”
“The order arrived a day late, but still very quickly for today's times. The tin had quite a dent and a very small amount of paint had weeped as a result. But it was so well packed that it was contained by the packaging. Overall, I'm quite happy with what I received. This product is difficult to obtain.”
“Ordered a number of decorating items which got delivered within 48 hours . A couple of the items couldn't be supplied and were credited back to my card immediately. Only negative was a plastic paint kettle arrived damaged which was probably down to the carrier.
Will use this company again as prices are reasonably keen , service is good and they stock many items not catered for in the usual DIY " sheds"”

“Product was well packaged and is as expected but courier delivery was rubbish.So annoying to watch APC 2hr time slot tracking get closer only to see it return item to depot. Made worse by no answer to phone calls/email to APC to clarify what was going to happen. Cust service at Wigley did answer my email query to them & eventually got a conf of delivery from APC. Product not considered urgent and I know the courier APC is very busy but lack of communication is disappointing and I would be reluctant to re-order at this time, for this reason.”
“Just after starting the first use of the Hozelock Plus telescopic lance today, the plastic "bit" that controls the length of the lance broke, so now it cannot be used. However Wigley offered to replace it foc and the second version seems OK”
